Our Story

Bloom Baking Company was founded in 2010 with a focus on traditional European baking techniques and a strong connection to the Kansas City community. Over the years, Bloom has grown into one of Kansas City’s most recognized artisan bakeries, expanding to additional locations in Overland Park and Kansas City International Airport. Despite that growth, the bakery continues to focus on small-batch baking, daily freshness, and friendly neighborhood service.
