Our Story

Murmuration Eatery is an expansion of City Market Coffee Roasters, a beloved Kansas City institution that has been roasting coffee locally since 1996. As the oldest coffee roaster in Kansas City, City Market Coffee built its reputation on quality, small-batch roasting, and a commitment to sourcing beans through fair trade and sustainable practices.
