The REOI is an open invitation for professional and qualified real estate development groups, individuals, or retailers to submit their vision for the property and how it will benefit the surrounding neighborhood and community at large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the REOI is to generate creative concepts and potential uses of the space. It is not a competitive bidding or formal proposal process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Details and instructions for applicants are outlined in the REOI which is available online <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1eWKAoih9Ws9YnkkdLaMk9YyznZF1Y0BW\/view?usp=sharing\">here<\/a>. REOI applications must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. Jan. 12, 2024. A complete timeline is listed in the REOI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KC Commercial Realty Group, the management and leasing company of record for City Market, is managing the REOI submission process on behalf of the CMOC. The CMOC is an appointed committee intended to provide guidance and direction on all matters pertaining to City Market to the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
