(Kansas City, MO) – KC Commercial Realty Group and City Market are pleased to announce our newest offering, Bo’s Kitchen, will open for business Friday, Nov. 10, 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. at 108 E. 5th Street.
Owner, Richard Ng, is a familiar face at City Market as the owner of BoLing’s City Market location from 2006 until 2021. He and his wife, Teresa Ng, own and operate five BoLing’s restaurants in the Kansas City area which are known for their extensive selection of authentic gourmet Chinese dishes. His new concept captures the same authenticity and gourmet appeal in a limited menu and a fast casual format.
The concept for Bo’s Kitchen is designed to meet current dining trends that demand flexibility, simplicity, and high quality. “We’re catering to a lifestyle change that will provide friendly dine-in service or a convenient take-home experience without compromising quality,” Ng said. “We have curated the menu to feature the most popular dishes that can be made to order and hold up whether enjoyed in our location or elsewhere.”
Always prepared with fresh ingredients, menu highlights include Jua Bao Buns with pork belly or plant tender (vegetarian option), specialty noodle and rice bowls, and house special hot and iced teas. All menu items can be ordered online HERE.

Tuesday – Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
