Grub Crawl tickets are $40 each and must be purchased online in advance HERE. Each ticket includes a Grub Crawl Passport of sampling vouchers. No gate sales or walk-ups. Ticket holders may pick up their Grub Crawl Passport at our Guest Services booth in City Market beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 2. Grub Crawl is rain or shine. Come hungry!
Between bites, enjoy FRESH FRIDAYS music and makers specially curated by ART GARDEN KC 5-10pm. FRESH FRIDAYS is FREE and family-friendly. Also, FREE and family-friendly, Grub Crawlers are invited to participate in HARVESTERS’ FEASTIVAL POP UP PACKING, a hands-on opportunity to repackage healthy produce (provided) into family-sized portions to be distributed to those experiencing food insecurity in our community.
Grub Crawl is an annual fundraiser that helps support Friends of the City Market and its programs and events throughout the year. Special thanks to our supporters at The Agricultural Business Council of Kansas City.

City Market is bringing back our popular FRESH FRIDAYS series with extended
hours: 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. on the first Friday of every month beginning in May.
This open-air summertime series has something for everyone. Sip and shop while enjoying music,
food, and fun each month. Admission is FREE, and all ages are welcome. FRESH FRIDAYS will
feature all-local artists and makers in collaboration with ART GARDEN KC.
Each FRESH FRIDAY will present something special to make it truly fresh. Think of FRESH
FRIDAYS for happy hour and be sure to enjoy the patios and great food at your favorite City Market
restaurants. Public parking is available. The KC Streetcar is free and connects FRESH FRIDAYS to
all downtown KC events.

Missouri Wines is once again partnering with City Market to bring Missouri wine country to the
Farmers Market this summer. Taste award-winning wines, discover new favorites, and purchase
bottled/canned wine directly from the producers.
Wine in Missouri is unique, and this is a fantastic opportunity to learn about varietals and local growers,
and destinations throughout Missouri for wine enthusiasts. Ever heard of Chambourcin? Not sure how
to pronounce Seyval Blanc? Get those answers and more while sipping samples* during the Farmers
Market on the following dates:

It’s growing season!, and we’re making it simple for gardeners to gather everything for outdoor landscaping, gardening, and porch/patio décor this season.
Shop a curated selection of Farmers Market vendors known for bedding plants, vegetable starts, hanging baskets, planters, cut flower bouquets, and more – all located in our Farmers Market pavilions when neighborhood traffic is minimal, and City Market Square is open to vehicles.
Drive in & park.
Load up & leave.

BLUEGRASS TUESDAYS: Open Invitation & Jam
CALLING ALL BLUEGRASS MUSICIANS!
All are invited to join our bluegrass/country/gospel open jam and showcase at City Market every first Tuesday, 5-9 p.m.
Our grand opening jam is Tuesday, May 2. Meet up in Pavilion 3 (the north shed where farmer vendor booths are on weekends).
An ampified showcase area will be set and ready.
Participating musicians are also welcome to find other locations throughout the market to form acoustic jams.
