(Kansas City, MO) – The City Market Oversight Committee (CMOC) has initiated a Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for the redevelopment of 400 Grand Boulevard, currently occupied by the Steamboat Arabia Museum. The REOI is an open invitation for professional and qualified real estate development groups, individuals, or retailers to submit their vision for the property and how it will benefit the surrounding neighborhood and community at large.

The purpose of the REOI is to generate creative concepts and potential uses of the space. It is not a competitive bidding or formal proposal process.
